Our DTS 3081 (NEMA Type 4/4x) stainless steel cooling units are ideal for small enclosures and for the cooling of hot spots in larger control cabinets. These units are particularly suited for the food industry and outdoor applications.
Available in 3 models; DTS 3041 (NEMA Type 12) for indoor use, DTS 3061 (NEMA Type 3R/4) designed for outdoor use, and the stainless steel DTS 3081 (NEMA Type 4/4x) designed for wash-down applications.
- Closed loop design prevents external contaminants from entering the cabinet by isolating ambient air from internally conditioned air.
- Thermal overload protection ensures the longevity of the compressor by incorporating temperature switches in both compressor and fan motors, automatically shutting down the unit to prevent damage from excessive temperatures.
- Thermal expansion valve optimizes refrigerant flow for efficient performance across all temperatures.
- High-pressure cutoff switch ensures pressure overload protection by shutting down the compressor in case of excessive pressure in the refrigeration circuit.
- High ambient performance in our NEMA Type 12 and outdoor units for environments that require cooling where the maximum ambient temperature is 131 F.
- Hermetically sealed compressor never needs recharging, maintaining 100% cooling efficiency.
- ERP efficiency certified components compliant with Kyoto Protocol's CO reduction standards and ERP Directive for fan efficiency ratings.
- Rugged Design is well-suited for manufacturing environments and can be easily painted to match enclosures or machines.
- Environmentally Friendlier R134a refrigerant for easier service and minimal environmental impact.
- Highest in class capacity, the compact 10 inch width is ideal for small enclosures with a relatively modest heat load.
- Condenser design optimized for reduced clogging, ensuring efficient operation by minimizing dirt buildup.
- Outdoor and wash-down units feature a special corrosive protectant coating on ambient-side pipes and coils, ensuring maximum protection against saltwater, sour gas, and other corrosive substances.
- High airflow backward curve impeller fan with a long-lasting, single-bearing design outperforms standard two-bearing blowers, boasting nearly double the lifespan.
- Supports integrated Pfannenberg PFA exhaust filters for easy maintenance and replacement.
